About these terms
Linkwave Structures is operated by Linkwave Structures Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. These terms apply to every service you order from us and to the use of this website. By ordering a service, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Our services are described on our service pages. Before you pay, we confirm the scope of your order with you in writing, for example on WhatsApp, Slack or email. That confirmation and the service page together describe what you get.
Orders and payment
- Unless agreed otherwise, services are paid upfront. We start as soon as we receive your payment or proof of payment.
- Prices are the prices we confirm to you before you pay. Taxes are added where applicable.
- For subscription checkouts with Checkout Champ, a one-time setup fee covers the first build. Your monthly plan starts only after you approve the delivered setup. If you need more hours in a month, we always email you before anything changes.
- Costs of third-party platforms, such as Checkout Champ platform fees, app subscriptions and ad spend, are paid by you directly to those platforms.
Delivery and cooperation
Some services depend on information and access only you can give, such as store access, account invites or onboarding answers. Timelines start once we have what we need. Delivery times on our website are estimates based on normal circumstances, unless stated as a fixed term.
Third-party platforms
Our services work with platforms such as Shopify, Checkout Champ, Meta, Google and Trustpilot. These platforms make their own decisions, for example about approvals, restrictions and reviews. We have no control over those decisions and cannot guarantee a specific outcome, except where a guarantee on our website says so.
Guarantees
Each service has its own guarantee, described on its service page together with its conditions. If a guarantee applies, we deliver the remedy described there, such as a replacement or a fix at our cost. A guarantee only applies when its conditions are met. Apart from these guarantees, we do not guarantee specific results such as sales, costs per result or approval by a third party.
Your responsibilities
- Give us correct and complete information.
- Sell only lawful products and keep your own store, offers and advertising in line with the law and the rules of the platforms you use.
- After handover, keep your accounts secure. Follow our security workflow and replace passwords, two-factor keys and recovery details where we ask you to.
- Do not make changes that affect an ongoing service without checking with us first.
Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are only possible within the guarantee period of a service, under the conditions described on its service page. Outside the guarantee period, payments are non-refundable, unless the law requires otherwise. Monthly plans can be stopped by letting us know in writing before the start of the next billing period.
Liability
We do our work with care. Our only obligation when something goes wrong is the remedy described in the guarantee of the service concerned. We are not liable for any other damage, direct or indirect, such as lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or ad spend, or for decisions made by third-party platforms. This does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Our playbooks and your accounts
Our guides, workflows and templates remain our property. You may use them for your own business, but not share or resell them. Your store, your platform accounts and your data remain yours.
Affiliate program
Affiliates earn commission on orders placed by clients they refer. Commission rates per service, attribution and payouts are shown in the affiliate dashboard and follow the rules described there.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
