Do I have to leave Shopify?
No. Shopify stays your catalog and fulfillment home base. Checkout Champ only takes over the moment of purchase, and every order is pushed back into Shopify or straight to your 3PL.
Who does the technical work?
Our developers do, from A to Z: CRM setup, the checkout rebuild, upsells, recycle billing, tracking and testing. You approve, we build.
Who owns the account?
You do. It is your Checkout Champ account, your payment accounts and your data. We build and operate inside it, so you are never locked in to us.
Do we lose Shop Pay?
Shop Pay exists in Checkout Champ, but only for one-time purchases. It cannot handle subscriptions or one-click upsells. Apple Pay and Google Pay cover express checkout on mobile and desktop and work with both.
Do our Klaviyo emails keep working?
Yes. Checkout, order and subscription events flow straight into Klaviyo, so your existing flows keep firing. New ones become possible, like pre-billing reminders and failed-payment winbacks.
Does our ad tracking keep working?
Yes. Meta (pixel and server-side), GA4 and TikTok are wired across every page of the funnel and test-fired before launch.
How long does the first setup take?
Two to four weeks, three is typical. Your one-time setup fee covers the whole first build, however long it takes.
When does the monthly plan start?
Only after you have approved the delivered setup. From then on your plan’s developer hours cover everything we build, and you decide what we build.
What does Checkout Champ itself cost?
Checkout Champ bills you directly for the platform. Our work is separate and covered by your one-time setup and your monthly plan.
